Sole Proprietorships

  • Trade License.
  • A copy of the passport and visa of the owner.
  • Share certificate / Local Service Agent contract / MOA.
  • 3 months’ bank statement, or online company bank statement, or a letter from your bank for a new bank account (must contain IBAN, account number, account name, bank name, bank branch, SWIFT code).

Partnerships or Corporations

  • Trade License (all pages if applicable).
  • A copy of passport and visa of all partners.
  • MOA and all amendments.
