NESA, a government agency tasked with safeguarding the UAE’s critical infrastructure and national security against cyber threats, has set this certification requirement as part of the Central Bank of UAE's Retail Payment Services & Card Schemes Regulations established in June 2021. NESA's role includes developing cybersecurity policies, offering guidance, and supporting organizations and individuals in strengthening their cyber defenses.

By meeting the rigorous standards established by NESA, Telr ensures top-tier security for processing payments across more than 120 currencies and 30 languages through its unique platform.
