How to use E-Invoicing

Introduction

Electronic e-invoicing is often complex, especially if you have a large, global customer base. However, mastering e-invoicing – including everything from invoice format conversions, recurring payments – is made easy with Telr

Create an Invoice

  1. Login to your merchant Telr account at:  https://secure.telr.com/merchant/login.html
  2. Click on the “Invoicing” tab in the menu then click “New Invoice”  and then choose your preferred invoice template as shown in the below image :

Customize invoice template

  1. Login to your merchant Telr account at:  https://secure.telr.com/merchant/login.html
  2. Click on the “Invoicing” tab in the menu then click “Customisation” and update design options as shown below:

Create a subscription invoice

[Recurring Payment ]

  1. Login to your merchant Telr account at:  https://secure.telr.com/merchant/login.html
  2. Click on the “Invoicing” tab in the menu then Under “Subscriptions” click “Add new subscription”  and then fill out the subscription details as shown below :

Set custom return URLs

You can set custom return URLs which the customer will be redirect to after completing the transaction (the default is a thank you page hosted by Telr)

  1. Login to your merchant Telr account at:  https://secure.telr.com/merchant/login.html
  2. Click on the “Invoicing” tab in the menu then click “Configuration” and then fill out the details as shown below :
